1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Complytics ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Complytics provides an AI-powered GST compliance platform that helps businesses with invoice management, GSTR-2B reconciliation, and Input Tax Credit optimization. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees for your selected plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges unless you cancel

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to process data for which you don't have rights

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy in our AI-powered invoice extraction and reconciliation, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing all extracted data and reconciliation results before filing your GST returns. Complytics is not responsible for any errors in your tax filings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Complytics and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property, and we claim no ownership over any content you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complytics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
